Food Tailor currently uses selected third-party service providers to support specific parts of our services. At present, these third-party services are limited to: 1. Payment Processing, 2. Food Delivery & Logistics.
Restaurants, food brands and caterers that prepare your food are treated separately as Food Partners and are covered under our main Privacy Policy.
Food Tailor may use third-party payment gateways and payment service providers to process customer payments, refunds and related transactions. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices. Food Tailor generally does not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials when these are processed directly by the payment provider. Information shared may include information necessary to process and verify the transaction, such as: name; contact details; order details; transaction amount; and payment or transaction reference.
Food Tailor may use third-party delivery and logistics partners to deliver food orders to customers. To fulfil a delivery, Food Tailor may share necessary information such as: customer name; contact number; delivery address; delivery time; order details; and relevant delivery instructions. The delivery partner may use this information only as reasonably required to provide the delivery service and may process it according to its own privacy practices.
Restaurants, food brands and catering partners that prepare your food are Food Partners, not included under our current third-party service provider category. Food Tailor may share necessary customer and order information with the relevant Food Partner to prepare and fulfil your order. This may include: name; contact number; order details; selected food items and quantities; customisation requirements; allergy or dietary information; and other information required to fulfil the order. Food Tailor shares only the information reasonably required for the relevant service. We do not share customer information with third-party service providers for unrelated purposes unless permitted by law or with appropriate consent.
Food Tailor takes reasonable steps to work with service providers that maintain appropriate security measures. However, no online service or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
As Food Tailor grows, we may add or change third-party service providers. If we introduce additional third-party services that materially affect how customer information is processed, this policy may be updated accordingly.
Food Tailor may disclose information to government authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies or other parties where required or permitted by applicable law.
